Q&A Part 1

I got three questions.

1. I noticed that you did a poll about girl's going to college-what do you believe about that?
The Bible said in Titus 2:5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
I believe that girls should want to be keeper at home, home school their children, take care of the children and help their husbands like the Bible teach. They do not need to go to colleges to learn that. You can stay home and learn from your mothers.

2. What do you believe about courtship and dating and all that?

I believe that courtship is right! Dating is wrong. Dating is not supported at all by God's Word. Show where in the Bible where dating at? Some might ask what is courtship?

Courtship is praying and waiting for the right one ( not dating 10 or 15 before picking which one YOU want ) and going about it in a right and pure way ( not hugging, touching, kissing, etc., etc, )which is the way that Lord is pleased with. Courting is not very popular anymore. It is not even something that is taught in most churches.

3. Do you believe that the KJV Bible is the inspired word of God for the English speaking people?

Psalm 12:6&7 "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."

I believe that the King James Bible is the inspired, pure Word of God without error. I believe that the NKJV, NIV, ESV, AMP, NAS, are trash. Why would I say that? You might say that is mean! Well, these New Versions omitted the Blood of the Lord Jesus at least 15 times! The NIV removes 63,625 words! The NKJV omits the word "Lord"66 times. The NKJV omits the word "Hell"22 times. The NKJV omits the word "God"51 times. There is a lot more wrong with the new versions. That is just a little bit.

Hope this keep.

Any more Q's?

AMEN,Dave!!!!
I agree, all the way. It is so amazing how people try and twist scripture to fit what they want in these areas... It's good to know that there are a few good men, out there.I recently read a post on someone else's blog, and though I tried to show them what scripture says they were still twisting it way out, or saying it does not apply to today. here's the question.. do you believe the Bible says Women are to wear dresses or skirts, and not wear anything that pertaineth to a man?...I know this is a touchy subject for alot of people... when the Bible answers it quite clearly.

Amen for me too! You are right on target! Scripture is still Scripture, the Lord never changes and Praise the Lord for that! Keep on keeping on! Thanks for answering my question about staying home...It's always encouraging to know that there are others out there who believe like you do! again, amen!

Amen Brother!! I don't think women need more than an 8th grade education. Enough to read the Bible and do some simple math. Otherwise, they might start thinking too much and decide they don't need men. This could lead to divorce, out of wedlock pregnancies, and other horrible things. The less women are educated the better!!!

Dave,

I would like to say that 1 Timothy 5:14 on the younger women are to marry and bare children, etc. supports your conviction of unmarried young women staying home, as well.

I would rather learn to keep the home than go to college. I have no desire to have a college "education". It's not even a real education. It just puts money in professors pockets and they basically brainwash you. They are socialistic and communistic. The Amish girls finish school in 8th grade then go on to learning skills at home to prepare them to be a wife and mother. I don't mind learning new things and reading to educate myself but I myself know that no matter what I cannot be independent of a man as regards to leadership. I love living at home and under my Pa's leadership, protection, and guidance. God has blessed me beyond measure.

Although, I already knew what you believed and that we pretty much agree on lots of things I am still glad you did this post! And I am also glad to see that you have convictions of your own and not because of your parents. After I got saved I questioned why I wore dresses or why I didn't do this or that. And I have my own convictions and not because of my Dad.

Dave,
what if humbly serving your God and husband, and keeping house, includes going to the mission field? There are many skills needed on a mission field that you cannot learn at home from your mother. Skills such as nursing.
I don't believe one should just up and go to college for the fun of it, or without purpose. I would not go to college if I didn't need to. But God has called me to study nursing, and in order to learn that skill I will have to go to college. There are many ways of getting a college education that don't require a person to leave home, either.
It is my life goal to serve God, and I pray that includes getting married, having a family, and homeschooling my children. I know it will include being a missionary wherever I go, and hopefully in foreign lands, sometimes! I know that it will include nursing, in some way and at some point, though. So, I guess I'm just wondering how you would believe about a girl going to college in the instance that God has called her to learn a skill she can only learn at college.
