I joined few years ago a Baptist Bible Fellowship Clean Jokes Google Group. So I get jokes e-mail to me. I got one today.
A kid called up his mom from his college and asked her for
some money.
Mom said, "Sure, sweetie. I'll send you some money. You also
left your calculus book here when you visited 2 weeks ago.
Do you want me to send that up too?"
"Uh, oh yeah, OK," responded the kid.
So Mom wrapped the book along with the checks up in a
package, kissed Dad goodbye, and went to the post office to
mail the money and the book.
When she gets back, Dad asked, "Well how much did you give
the boy this time?
Mom said, "Oh, I wrote 2 checks, one for $20, and the other
for $1000"
"That's $1020!!!" yelled Dad, "Are you crazy???"
"Don't worry hon," Mom said, as she kissed Dad on the on top
of his bald head, "I taped the $20 check to the cover of his
book, but I put the $1000 one somewhere between the pages in
Chapter 19!"

In early 2007 a cruise tour group of Americans in Costa Rica was attacked by three muggers. But beware of messing with Americans! Rather than cower in fear or surrender to the demands of the thieves the group attacked the criminals. One American, a 70 year old former Marine, put one of the assailants in a headlock which resulted in breaking his neck. One criminal was killed while the other two fled. No charges were filed against the tourists. Fight On!

In early 1833 Kit Carson, Levin Mitchell, Joe Meek and three Delaware Indians; Tom Hill, Jonas and Manhead, were trapping along the Arkansas River. They were attacked by a force of 200 Comanches. They were surrounded in the plains with nowhere to run. Rather than give up hope, they cut the throats of their mules and built a fort of their bodies. Then, using only single shot rifles, they withstood attack after attack. Three men fired while the other three reloaded. None of the six was killed but they were responsible for killing 42 of their attackers. That night the six men silently slipped away and made their way back to their base. Fight on!

On July 4, 1944, two B-24s collided in midair and 2nd Lt. George B. Smallfield, pilot of one of the aircraft, was pitched out of the airplane at 10,000 ft. without a parachute. As he fell to certain death, Lt. Smallfield spied a parachute falling to earth right beside him. The desperate flyer grasped at the chute, and, still falling quickly, donned it and pulled the rip cord. He was the only man from his aircraft to survive. Fight on!
